PatternFly Inspired UI Theme for Atom.io

This theme is inspired by PatternFly for use with Atom.io. Just a fan of both projects, creating something that I'll like to look at every day.

This is a dark theme, using blue as the primary color.

All status changes for items in the Tree View now have matching icons, in addition to the color changes.
