Atom plugin for @kadira/storybook

In order to run show the storybook inside atom:

• launch storybook as usual, then go to Packages > Atom Storybook > Toggle

If storybook is not served and you've opened Atom Storybook window, reopen it again when storybook is served, otherwise it will not update
