GECK Script Syntax Highlighting for Atom (includes FOSE and NVSE functions)

This is a syntax highlighting effort to handle GECK scripting language for Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. NVSE functions will also be highlighted here in a different color for easy recognition.
