IBM MQ MQSC syntax highlighting support for the Atom editor.

Adds syntax highlighting for IBM MQ MQSC command files to Atom.

There are two files included in this package for testing changes made to the syntax highlighting system.

example.mqsc = This file simply shows an example valid MQSC file
TEST.mqsc = This file is a more indepth test and includes valid and invalid syntax
