OCaml Atom package

This package is a fork of language-ocaml. It includes some fixes and tree-sitter support.

Adds syntax highlighting to OCaml files in Atom.

Originally converted from the OCaml TextMate bundle.

The tree-sitter grammar uses tree-sitter-ocaml.
