Rech Text Manipulation package

Package that adds several commands for text, selection and cursor manipulation in Atom.

Added commands:

• rech-text-manipulation:copy-word - Copy Word, for selecting and copying single words under the cursor. Multi-cursors supported
• rech-text-manipulation:paste-over-word - Paste Over Word, for selecting and pasting the clipboard over single words under the cursor. Multi-cursors supported
