SFDC Toolbox package

Currently this package will add syntax highlighting to Apex and Visualforce files.

It will also add snippets for Apex files.

TODO:

• Add Visualforce snippets
• Finish adding autocomplete
• Add option to create file with meta data
• Add Tooling API goodies
